All important details about your holiday

The end-of-stay cleaning fee is already included in the price. We kindly ask you to clean the kitchenette, rinse and tidy up the dishes, remove the remaining food and any garbage/waste.

In case of exceptionally contamination, we will deduct the amount of EUR 50,00€ from the deposit for the final cleaning.

Check-in available from 2:00pm. Check-in after 10:00pm on request.

On your day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment by 9.30 am.

Late Check-out are available on request.

We offer the following payment options: Bank transfer, EC/Maestro, Visa and MasterCard, PayPal and cash payment.

-up to 3 months before arrival no cancellation fee

-3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the booked stay

-from 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booked stay

-in the last week before arrival: 90% of the booked stay

For the duration of your stay, we are happy to provide a cot, a bed guard and a high chair free of charge.

Child discounts for direct bookings are available.

Dogs are welcome on request.
